Saidian AI Sports — Privacy Policy

This application ("the App") is a sports information aggregator. We respect and protect the privacy of all users. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Account info: phone number, nickname, avatar (when you provide them).
• Device info: model, OS version, unique device identifier (for crash analytics and anti-cheat).
• Usage logs: visit time, viewed matches, click behavior (anonymized).
• Permissions: camera (avatar upload / QR scan), photo library (when you select photos), notifications (subscribed match alerts; can be disabled in system settings).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core features such as match info and score push.
• Improve product experience based on usage analytics.
• Prevent fraud and ensure account security.

3. Storage

All user data is stored on compliant servers and transmitted via HTTPS (TLS 1.2+), in compliance with the Cybersecurity Law and Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC.

4. Sharing

We do NOT sell, rent, or unlawfully disclose your personal information to any third party. We share data only when:

• You give explicit consent.
• Required by judicial or regulatory authorities.
• With service providers (cloud storage, CDN) under confidentiality agreements.

5. Third-Party SDKs

• uni-app analytics SDK (DCloud): crash logs and basic usage statistics.
• WeChat Open SDK (if enabled): sharing and login.

6. Your Rights

• Query / correct / delete: in App profile → account settings, or contact us via email.
• Account deletion: associated data is removed within 7 business days.
• Withdraw permissions: disable in system settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and above. Minors under 13 must use it under guardian supervision; guardians may request deletion of related data.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in-App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
